You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains accurate and up to date. If a payment cannot be successfully processed, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services until payment is received.
We reserve the right to retry failed payment transactions using the payment method associated with your account in accordance with applicable law and card network requirements.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at support@aincome.io or by using available account management features within the Service.
To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancellation must be completed at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Cancellation will become effective at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a subscription period unless required by applicable law.
After cancellation, you will retain access to the subscribed Services until the end of the current billing period.
7. Add-On Purchases
From time to time, we may offer optional digital products, guides, reports, assessments, or other supplemental content ("Add-On Items") for a separate one-time fee.
The purchase of Add-On Items is optional and is not required to obtain or maintain a subscription.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, purchases of Add-On Items are final and non-refundable once the digital content has been delivered or made available to you.
8. Refund Policy

Except as expressly provided in this Policy or as required by applicable law, all payments made for subscriptions and Services are non-refundable.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that access to digital content and Services begins immediately after purchase and that subscription fees are charged according to the billing terms presented during checkout.
8.2 Money-Back Guarantee
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a Money-Back Guarantee for eligible subscription plans.
To qualify for a refund under the Money-Back Guarantee, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:
- You submit a refund request within thirty (30) days of the initial purchase;
- You actively use the Service in accordance with its intended purpose;
- You provide reasonable evidence of your use of the Service if requested;

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and may result in temporary suspension of access to the Services while the dispute is under review.
We reserve the right to provide relevant transaction records, subscription records, acceptance logs, usage records, and communications to payment processors, financial institutions, and card networks in connection with any dispute investigation.
10. Consumer Rights
